"On October 25th 2018 I underwent surgery in Vergelegen Medi Clinic Somerset West. As I had no care at home the doctor was reluctant to release me from hospital. Rolien Vos, owner of CARE ON CALL came to my rescue at very short notice.
The following morning Rolien brought a nurse with a detailed list of duties for the nurse. My blood pressure was monitored as well as my sugar levels. The nurse was always on time, reliable, very friendly, efficient, competent and did her job well. The nurse supervised the exercises I had to do and reported back to Rolien. "Words cannot begin to describe the exceptional service Care on Call provided to Mom and Dad over the past 6 months. When we met Rolien in January we just found out that Dad was terminally ill with cancer. With both of their adult children living abroad, we had to move them out of the house they called Home for 15 years. We ended up moving them 500 miles way into a small apartment to be closer to Dad's brother and medical care. The experience was traumatizing to say the least. From the moment we met Rolien, she was understanding, sympathetic and truly concerned about the challenges we were facing.
